Everglow Miami review: services, costs, and questions

Everglow advertises Miami GLP-1 care from $199 for semaglutide and $299 for tirzepatide, with introductory-price and financing qualifications. Its appointment and medication-refund policies require separate reading.

Everglow Miami offers weight-management care at 9400 NW 12th Avenue, Bay 3, Miami, FL 33150. Its public GLP-1 pages name physicians Claude Alain Innocent, MD, and Alande Brezault, MD, FACP. Those identities and credentials are company descriptions; we have not independently verified their licenses or measured the service.

The current landing pages show the same $199 and $299 starting figures but present different context for introductory pricing, financing and visit format. This review uses the public offers and policies checked October 15, 2026 to identify what must be settled in the selected plan before a patient pays.

Evidence boundary: This is a review of public information, not a hands-on treatment assessment. We have not independently audited pharmacies, clinician credentials, response times, or patient outcomes. We do not assign a star rating.

What the official information says

The start page advertises semaglutide from $199 per month and tirzepatide from $299 per month, with a footnote limiting these to first-month pricing on qualifying plans. Its description includes a clinician-reviewed assessment, coaching and monthly check-ins. The offer does not establish the ongoing price after the introductory period.

The GLP program page also displays $60 and $76 monthly financing figures alongside the treatment prices and links Cherry payment plans. Another landing-page message says care can start as low as $30 per month. These lower figures are not verified monthly medication prices; loan term, credit approval, interest and total repayment need a separate agreement.

Pricing and the full bill

The verified treatment headlines are $199 for semaglutide and $299 for tirzepatide, subject to the start page’s first-month qualification. Confirm the total charge, subsequent price, supply period, labs and other inclusions. The promoted free initial consultation is for new patients and does not guarantee a prescription. Financing repayments should not be substituted for the full treatment cost when comparing clinics.

A first-month price is not a reliable annual budget. Ask for the amount charged today, the renewal interval, the cost after any promotion, and whether medication, supplies, visits, labs, and shipping are included. Obtain cancellation and refund terms before paying, particularly if a prescription has not yet been approved.

Limitations that affect your decision

The safety page and GLP terms describe compounded medicines and refer to 503B pharmacies without identifying the actual dispensing facility. This is a provider statement, not a verified registration or compliance finding. Compounded medication is not FDA-approved.

The start page emphasizes in-person treatment; the GLP page also mentions telehealth when a patient cannot visit. Confirm which steps can be remote and where the clinician can legally treat you. Neither page establishes nationwide availability or guaranteed home delivery.

Testimonials, projected weight-loss calculators, satisfaction figures and comparisons with other care models were not independently validated. The inclusion of a LipoShot in certain packages does not establish that it is necessary or proven to improve GLP-1 treatment results.

Medication trials evaluate specific formulations, doses, and study populations. A provider advertising semaglutide or tirzepatide has not thereby demonstrated that its own treatment produces the results of Wegovy or Zepbound trials. A compounded medicine is not FDA-approved and should not be described as an approved generic equivalent.

Questions to ask before enrollment

  • What is the recurring treatment price after the qualifying first month?
  • Which services and medicines does the full charge include, and what are the separate financing terms?
  • Which visits require attendance in Miami, and can this clinician treat me in my current state?
  • Which pharmacy and exact formulation will supply my prescription?
  • What does stopping a plan do to future charges, a prepared prescription and any unused prepaid balance?

Ask the prescribing clinician how your other medicines, diabetes treatment, pregnancy plans, gastrointestinal history, and follow-up needs affect eligibility. Check the dispensing pharmacy with the relevant state board. A reassuring website or testimonial does not replace those checks.

Appointment cancellation has a specific notice rule

The main-site cancellation policy requests at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. It lists a $50 fee for a late cancellation or no-show and says changes must be made by phone to the scheduled location, rather than email. Save the confirmation instead of assuming a reminder message cancels an appointment.

The GLP terms also require 24 hours’ notice but describe possible fees or booking limits for repeated late cancellations or no-shows. Confirm how the main-site fee applies to the particular appointment. An appointment rule does not settle medication-order cancellation or a prepaid-plan refund.

Cancel-anytime language does not promise every payment back

The GLP FAQ describes flexible cancellation or pausing without a long-term commitment. Its March 1, 2026 terms say refunds for medical services and compounded medications are considered case by case. The reviewed public pages do not establish a universal pharmacy cutoff, renewal-notice interval or guaranteed prorated refund.

Ask for the actual selected plan agreement before committing to a package. Identify whether charges are recurring, how future supply is stopped and how a clinical decision to discontinue affects unused services. If financing is involved, cancellation of treatment may not by itself cancel a separate lender agreement.

Verify the clinical and pharmacy arrangements

The website describes clinician assessment, prescription eligibility and monthly follow-up. A medical-history review and a clear symptom contact are more useful to confirm than a projected result from a marketing calculator. Ask who handles urgent concerns and whether follow-up is with the prescribing clinician or another member of the team.

The clinic’s pharmacy-network and certification language is not an independent audit of the product dispensed. Verify the named facility with the appropriate regulator, keep the medication label and ask the prescriber to explain why the selected formulation is appropriate. This publication does not rank care quality or certify patient outcomes.
